About Our Institute

A Legacy of Learning in the Heart of Western UP

Founded in 2009 by the Shri Ram Educational Trust, Muzaffarnagar Institute of Technology began with a single engineering block and 120 students. Today we are a 45-acre multidisciplinary campus serving more than 4,800 learners from across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana and beyond.

Our teaching model blends rigorous fundamentals with hands-on project work. Every undergraduate completes a minimum of two industry internships, one research mini-project and a capstone build before graduating — which is why our alumni are found at Infosys, L&T, ISRO, Havells and hundreds of growing startups.
